Storage Shed and construction.

Storage for bags of cement was our first priority before we could start making cinder blocks to build with. We opted to start with a more traditional type of structure in the local community with a wood and can shed.

We had the construction volunteers teach us how to build their way before we could start teaching them how to build our way.

Pictures of how the shed was built are available in the gallery section of our website and you will be able to see exactly how things were done.

They taught us a few new things.

Now that we are just about finished with the shed, we will start providing bags of cement that can be stored in it and we can start making our own cinder blocks and start up the construction course through which our volunteers/students will start by walling the property in and then develop buildings in which extra courses can and will be taught.
